At Twinkles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all eligible items. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
